The 2012 Vermont Conclave is August 10-12 and it is coming up fast. 

This year we will be in Sunderland, Vermont just north of Bennington.

Conclave is an annual meeting of DeMolay from Vermont, neighboring jurisdictions. In fact any Active DeMolay is eligible attend our Conclave. This makes it an exciting time for DeMolays to make new friends from around our region and around the world. 

The agenda for this years conclave will be out soon so check back often for updates about  Conclave 2012. 

If you wish to attend Vermont Conclave this year you will need to return two forms. The first is a 2012 Conclave Medical release form. The second form is the 2012 Conclave Registration Form.

Both forms must be completed prior to arrival at Conclave.

This year Conclave is $60 for those registering prior to or on June 30th, 2012. Forms must be received by Vermont DeMolay staff on or before June 30th to receive the $60 rate. If you have an issue getting your money and registration in on time and are a Vermont DeMolay, please talk with your Dad Advisor as soon as possible.

All registrations after July 1st will cost $75 for Conclave.

For all Candidates at this years Conclave your cost will be $60 and will include your initiation fees.
