Vermont Conclave

Vermont Conclave return to Hosmer Point Camp for the second year. Young men men started off on Friday with Degrees of the Order. We welcomed five new Brother into our fraternity.  Saturday morning start off with four service projects. One of the project was unique because it was linked to the history of the camp. The young men dug up a stove pipe/hood back when the camp was known as Happy Holiday Hills Horse Riding camp. The young ladies that attended the camp had a tradition of signing thier names on the hood and some of the signature were still readable.

As the Service projects the young men were divided up into four teams to compete in the compass games. The four events were the archery, capture the flag, egg drop, and canoe race. The canoe races had their moments of enterainment. The teamwork and brotherhood developed during these games was the best prize. The attendance of conclave doubled from the previous year.

The weekend concluded with the Installation of State officers. There was a great turn out of guest to support the young men and their hard work.
